Who we are

614th Media Regiment (“we,” “us”) is a veteran-owned real estate media company serving Central Ohio. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit 614media.com, book a shoot, or use our client login.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information created when you use the site:

• Contact and job details you submit on an order: name, email, phone, property address, square footage, preferred date, services, and notes.
• Account details used to log into the client portal (name, email, and credentials stored by our portal provider).
• Payment information collected by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
• Media we capture at the listing (photographs, video, aerials, 3D tours, and floor plans) and files you upload for a job.
• Basic technical data from your browser: IP address, device type, pages viewed, and referral source, used to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Schedule, shoot, edit, and deliver listing media.
• Send confirmations, invoices, and files to the client login you use.
• Respond to questions and provide support.
• Process payment and prevent fraud.
• Maintain and improve the website and our services.
• Meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your contact list for unrelated marketing lists.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the business. That includes:

• Scheduling, client-portal, and file-delivery providers.
• Payment processors.
• Website hosting and Google Analytics, which records pages visited on this site.
• Email and phone carriers when we contact you about a job.
• The listing agent or brokerage who ordered the work, so they can receive the media.
• Authorities if the law requires it, or to protect the company and our clients.

Third-party pages we link to — including Instagram, Google reviews, and the client portal — have their own policies. We are not responsible for those sites.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar storage that are needed for pages to load, forms to work, and your session to stay signed in where applicable. Google Analytics also sets cookies so we can see which pages are visited, on what device, and roughly where the visit came from. We use that to understand the site. We do not run advertising cookies or sell browsing data to ad networks. Google’s policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work if you do.

Listing media

Photographs, films, aerials, and 3D tours of a property are created for the client who booked the shoot and delivered through the client login. Rooms may show belongings that were in the house on shoot day. We do not post a listing’s full set for public browsing on this site except as selected results the client has allowed us to show.

How long we keep it

Job records, media, and invoices are kept for as long as we need them to deliver the work, handle revisions, and meet tax and legal retention rules, then deleted or archived. You can ask us to delete personal information we hold; we will do so unless we have to keep it for a legal reason.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@614media.com. We will respond in a reasonable time. If you have an account in the client portal, you can also review job files there.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections on this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site and our services are for real estate professionals and property owners. They are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. The current version will always be posted at https://614media.com/privacy.
